About Monika

It is just who I am; I always put others first.  Whether devoting seventeen years to raising my three daughters or intently focusing on my clients needs. I never do anything without investing my all. Being there for my daughters while they grew up allowed me to give them my full attention and enjoy their milestones. When they grew up, and I decided it was time to build my own business, I was determined to give it my full attention as well.

Real estate was the perfect fit for me. My husband has owned a small construction company for 20 years and I have learned so much about construction, design, and real estate through my involvement with the business. But my passion lies in the interaction with my clients, hearing their life stories, and matching them with their perfect home.

Home and family are at the heart of Polish traditions. Having been raised in a small town in Poland, my Polish heritage is extremely important to me. I emigrated to America when I was 19 years old after having fallen in love with the American lifestyle on a visit a few years earlier. I'm very connected to the Chicago Polish community, and I feel it's important to continue the traditions and heritage. My husband and I are immersing our daughters in our families’ Polish traditions, speaking Polish in the home, cooking Polish meals and participating in the different Polish events around the Chicago area. While my family has made their home Lake Forest for the last fourteen years, we’ve been very involved in the greater Polish community throughout Chicagoland.

After a few years with a large national real estate brand, I have chosen to elevate my business by aligning with an iconic, luxury European brand whose ethics and aesthetics align with my vision of what it means to work in real estate. We are not agents; we are Advisors. We guide in the process of finding clients their aspirational home, and that is what it means to put others first.
